Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we do. The process for international shipping would be going through your order list and Red House will advise on the shipping cost accordingly.
What is your return policy?
We do our best in ensuring product quality and product is packed safely for delivery. However, if your product is damage during transit, please inform us via phone or email within 12 hours. Exchange and return of damaged item will not be honoured after 12 hours upon receipt of goods. We do not accept international exchanges/returns unless we have sent you the wrong item. In the case of event, please contact us.
Is there a warranty period?
In the case of any split, cracks or damage appear on it own, Red House will cover for a period of 6 months upon purchase. However, if the damage is caused by owner or external sources, you may still contact us for review and repair, at your own cost.
When will I receive my orders?
We will advise accordingly upon checking out your cart and will get in touch with you to confirm on time and date of delivery.
Is there a self-collection option?
Yes, there is. Please collect your items at our showroom located at Tan Boon Liat building.
